📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions
• Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and facilitate interviews
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and results-driven attitude
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
