• Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and existing staff.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports and hazard assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety is a top priority in all operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring that all employees adhere to safety guidelines.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure the safety of all personnel.
• Stay updated on industry safety trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate employees.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP Safety or similar tools.
• Familiarity with construction and engineering safety practices and procedures.
