📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and fire safety systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new technologies and systems into the building infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for building systems.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the use and maintenance of building systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building systems management, with a strong background in BMS and EMS.
• Certification in Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) or similar relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in using building management software such as Honeywell Building Automation Suite, Siemens Building Technologies, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
