📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate architectural designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee construction processes, providing guidance and support to site teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural plans and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to project challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, with a strong background in mega project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
• Certification as an Architect (SIPA) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
