YIELD Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and passionate Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop customized programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid CPNS or similar certification is a plus.
