📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
