CV Ratu Property is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of successful recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide training to managers on HR best practices.,Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding processes.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
