📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a specific section within the clinic.
  • Ensure that all staff members are trained and perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage the section's budget and resources efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other sections to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Attend to any emergencies or urgent situations within the section.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the clinic's strategic planning.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using dental software and equipment.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
