📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.,Oversee the insurance portfolio, including policy selection, renewal, and claims management.,Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.,Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal insurance coverage.,Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated into business operations.,Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and brokers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and insurance, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of risk management principles, insurance products, and risk mitigation techniques.,Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
