LAMANSUA Sentosa is looking for a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency of the production process.
  • Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Production, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
  • Ability to travel to the office when required.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
