Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Assess training needs and design customized training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training programs into business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of successfully implementing training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and technologies.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
