📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance reviews and employee development programs.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Familiarity with HR best practices and methodologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
