📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings and events.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
