📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
