Sehati Gita Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the bookkeeper in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents,Support the bookkeeper in reconciling bank statements and accounts,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in financial audits and reviews as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role,Knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
