📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment targets.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS tools.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
