Assistant Procurement Staff

PT Bumi Teratai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Staff to join our team in Serang, Banten. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Provide support in the preparation of procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
