📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met and that construction plans are executed effectively.,Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to complete their tasks safely and efficiently.,Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that the project remains financially viable.,Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.,Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all workers and to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and that their feedback is incorporated into the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.,Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Bali is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
