📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in customer service and hospitality.,Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure staff are well-prepared to handle customer interactions.,Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service excellence.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure training programs align with company goals and values.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in customer service and hospitality.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or training and development.,Proven track record in training and developing staff in customer service and hospitality.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of local and international hospitality standards and regulations.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.
