📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases,Manage inventory levels and restocking,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints,Promote products and special offers to customers,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems,Familiarity with retail software and hardware,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent
