📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of workforce planning, including recruitment, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of workforce management professionals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Collaborate with senior management to align workforce strategies with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing workforce teams.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
