Tanggung Jawab:
Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians, ensuring high standards of work and productivity.Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including sample preparation, testing, and analysis.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality control procedures.Conduct research and development activities, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the quality and safety of our products.Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and inspections.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, GMP, or GLP.Experience in the agricultural or food industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
