As a Junior Supply Chain Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain operations. You will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products, from procurement to delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the management of procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Support the inventory management system, including stock monitoring and reordering.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of supply chain activities, including transportation and warehousing.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support to the supply chain team during peak periods or special projects.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the cement industry.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
