📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure campaign alignment and content quality
• Manage and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
• Create and distribute reports on campaign performance and influencer engagement
• Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing
• Provide support to the marketing team in achieving campaign objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as AspireIQ or Upfluence is a plus
• Passionate about social media and influencer marketing
