📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.,Track vehicle usage and maintenance records, generating reports as required.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment when necessary.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing logistics activities.,Maintain a high level of safety and security for all vehicles and drivers.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing budgets and expenses effectively.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
