📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Provide daily supervision and support to the cleaning team, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and in good working order.
Conduct regular inspections of the cleaning areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on the performance of the cleaning team, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and ensure that our cleaning services meet their expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or facility services industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of cleaners.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
