PT Mega Giri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing employee relations and performance management.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in managing leave and attendance records.
  • Support the HR department in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
  • English language skills are a plus.
